Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: Any cancellation must be made at minimum 48 hours before your contract delivery date (If there are several delivery days in the same order, the earliest date counts as contract delivery date). Cancellations made within 48 hours of contract delivery date will be charged 100% of the total rental (the deposit will be delivered back).
Q: HOW NEW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT?
A: All of our equipment is in new or gently-used condition. It is checked for wear and tear with every return and if found in disrepair, we will replace the product. We only purchase good quality equipment from known manufacturers. We track recalls on the consumer reports website. Your baby’s safety is our primary concern.
Q: DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?
A: Being a web-shop, MUU is unfortunately not able to install a car seat for you. However, we will provide you with all the instructions (personal advice and manuals).
Q: WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
A: All payments have to go through our website, www.muu.dk. There is a selection of payment methods.
Q: WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD?
A: You must pay for at least a five days rental on equipment.
Q: CAN WE PICK UP THE RENTAL ITEMS?
A: You are welcome to pick up the rental equipment at our warehouse. Please call us to arrange the time. We are located in Østerbro, Eastside of Copenhagen.
Q: I NEED SOMETHING THAT IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE?
A: We will be happy to accommodate special requests if item is available. Please send in advance a request by email to email@example.com.
Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
A: It is best to make your reservation as early as possible. Your order is subject to equipment availability. For last minute rentals, we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests.
HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?We use non-toxic cleaning products to maintain clean, hygienic, yet health conscious equipment for your baby. Crib sheets and all cloth material are laundered in hot water with fragrance free detergents. All products are cleaned after each use.
Q: WILL I GET WHAT IS PICTURED ON THE WEBSITE?
A: Yes, you will receive the product that you have seen on our website. However, the equipment could be in different colour, for example blue instead of black.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A. Refunds for early termination of rentals will be prorated 50% of the remaining unused rental term, minus the delivery fee and actual term used. If at any point you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the problem.
